Le groupe suédois King of Asgard (Melodic Death/Viking Metal) s'ajoute à l'affiche du Ragnard Rock Fest 2016. On retrouve au sein du lineup le vocaliste/guitariste Karl Beckmann (ex-Indungeon, ex-Mithotyn) et le bassiste Jonas Albrektsson (Vanhelgd, Retaliation, ex-Thy Primordial).
Leur dernier album, « Karg », est sorti en juillet 2014 chez Metal Blade Records.
